Attorney Thomas Chase

Tom Chase

Tom Chase became one of the Twentieth Circuit’s earliest mediators on its certification in 1991. Initially, he meditated and practiced personal injury plaintiff work and defense work for the Florida Department of Risk Management.  Around 1998, Tom focused on the plaintiff’s work and mediating.

Over Tom’s career,  he enjoyed a wide range of litigation experience in personal injury defense, personal injury plaintiff’s work, mediation, corporate/commercial litigation, condominium litigation, and defamation. The wide variety of his work has given him a multi-faceted perspective, so crucial in the best mediators.

Tom’s schedule is very accommodating, so booking mediations is a breeze. He likes to speak with the attorneys before the mediation to discuss each party’s goals and needs before the mediation starts.  Tom also handles multiparty mediations. If needed, Tom hires experts to run the meeting rooms at no additional charge to the parties.
